Pix-Yu, Share your photo events

Dear users,

we are so excited to say to you that from now is possible to earn with Pix-Yu. Sharing your photos with your family, with your friends and with the most popular social networks it’s possible to see increasing our money balance. Also, we’ve inserted a new menu tab called “TAGS”. Clicking this one you’ll can insert your tags for photo. All the user, also unregistered users, could be set tags for your photos.

In these days we’ve spoke with Roberto Ellero, about the accessibility of the photos in Pix-Yu and we provide to the users a way to insert a long description of their photos. In this way the text can be readily output to speech synthesizers and braille displays, and can be presented visually (in a variety of sizes) on computer displays and paper. Synthesized speech is critical for individuals who are blind and for many people with the reading difficulties that often accompany cognitive disabilities, learning disabilities, and deafness.

Infact, converting text into visual information allow to deepen the understanding of the works and so it’s useful for everyone.

Thanks to Dan Scudder of Repleaf, we have just finished the importer of contacts of the messenger. In Home Page, when you are logged in, you can see the link “Send an invitations”. Clicking this one and inserting your username and password, you’ll be able to send an email to your contacts of the most popular messengers (YAHOO, MSN or GMAIL).

Dear friends, we want to inform you that now is available a italian version of Pix-Yu. In these months we have seen that more users coming from Russia, China and Italy. If you want to collaborate with us for free (sorry but we don’t have money at the moment hehehe ) to translate website, please contact us to info@pix-yu.com. We’d like to translate Pix-Yu in :

- Russian
- Traditional chinese
- Rumenian
- Spanish

If you want to collaborate with us, we will provide you an english txt file for the translation. If you will find some errors in website concerning italian language, please let we know.

If you want, now it’s possible to rotate your images. Try our new functionality and send us your feedback. How does it work? Easy! Enter in your photo, click EDIT and then click on “Try this new functionality”.

just to inform you that we have released a new version of homepage. We think that is better of first one.

Finally you can insert slideshow of your event in your website or in your blog. You can set delay of your slideshow in milliseconds. Default is 4000 that means 4 seconds for each photo that you are seeing. Here follow example of integrate iframe in your blog:

You can find the HTML code that you have to add in a post on your blog on the top of your event. Clicking “See Thumbnails“ you will see the thumbs of the event on the top of slideshow.

Yes ! Now you can have your personal feed RSS. In the event you have a button to import RSS file on your common readers ( like Google ). So enjoy !

we want to inform you that the new beta version of Pix-Yu
is finally on-line. Now there are three important sections
in the website:

** Events **
In this section you can find all about events: Google maps
to search an event, the last events and the event’s tags.

** Pix **
In this section you can find all about pics: your friends
pics, the last pics, the most viewed and commented pics.

** Pixers **
In this section you can find all about pixers: the last users
registered, the active users and the users’s tags.
